The Big Give Brownsville 2018

I Live Here, I Give Here!

Our mission is to cultivate the power of giving back. We strive to meet our city’s needs by ensuring that the culture of giving back is embraced and celebrated throughout our community.

The Big Give is for only 24 hours, one time per year! It is truly “All for one and One for all!” It is where all participating non-profits work together to cultivate donations and then and share equally in the funds that are donated.

It’s not just about raising money. We focus on letting our community know what these non-profits do for us all. What would our community be like with out these non-profits? So it is also about raising awareness.

We also want to focus on our communities donors. They make the actions of our non-profits possible. We want to celebrate them and celebrate new and emerging donors.

All participating nonprofits are designated 501 (C) 3 by the IRS. All donations are completely tax deductible.
